  • Coaching recommendations and insights
  • Sales performance dashboards and analytics
  • Integration with third-party services (Zoom, Stripe)
  • Secure data storage and management

  • 3. Eligibility


    3.1 Age Requirement

    You must be at least 18 years old to use SalesCompass.


    3.2 Authorization

    By registering for an account, you represent that:

  • You have the authority to bind yourself or your organization to these Terms
  • All registration information you submit is accurate and current
  • You will maintain the accuracy of such information

  • 5.2 Prohibited Uses

    You may NOT:

  • Upload content you don't have rights to
  • Upload recordings without proper consent of all parties
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Service
  • Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service
  • Upload malicious code or spam
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

  • 5.3 Recording Consent

    You represent and warrant that:

  • All call recordings uploaded comply with applicable laws
  • You have obtained necessary consent from all parties
  • You have the legal right to upload and analyze the content

  • Important: Recording laws vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable recording consent laws.

    6. Subscription and Billing


    6.1 Subscription Plans

  • Subscription details and pricing are available on our website
  • All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice

  • 6.2 Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

  • 6.3 Billing Cycle

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • Billing occurs on the anniversary of your subscription start date
  • No refunds for partial months or unused service

  • 6.4 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period
  • No refunds for early cancellation

  • 6.5 Free Trial

  • Free trials are offered at our discretion
  • Credit card required to start trial
  • Trial converts to paid subscription unless cancelled
  • One trial per customer

  • 7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • SalesCompass platform, including all code, designs, and trademarks, is our property
  • These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property
  • You may not use our trademarks without written permission

  • You retain all rights to the content you upload ("Your Content")
  • You grant us a license to process, store, and analyze Your Content to provide the Service
  • This license terminates when you delete Your Content or close your account

  • 7.3 AI-Generated Content

  • AI-generated analysis and insights are provided "as-is"
  • You may use AI-generated insights for your internal business purposes
  • We retain no ownership of insights generated from Your Content

  • 8. Data Privacy and Security

  • You can disconnect Zoom at any time
  • We access only recordings you explicitly choose to import

  • 9.3 AI Processing

  • Transcripts are processed by OpenAI for analysis
  • OpenAI does not train models on your data (per our agreement)

  • 10. Service Availability and Support


    10.1 Service Level

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but make no guarantees
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance
  • Emergency maintenance may occur without notice

  • 10.2 Support

  • Support is provided via email
  • Response times vary based on issue severity
  • Support hours: Business hours (9 AM - 5 PM PT, Monday-Friday)

  • 10.3 Service Modifications

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service
  • We will provide reasonable notice of material changes
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

  • 11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability


    11.1 Service "As-Is"

    THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.


    11.2 AI Accuracy

  • AI-generated insights are not guaranteed to be accurate
  • You should not rely solely on AI analysis for critical business decisions
  • You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content

  • 11.3 Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SALESCOMPASS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.


    IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.


    11.4 Exclusions

    Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In such jurisdictions, the above exclusions may not apply to you.


    12. Indemnification


    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SalesCompass and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from:

  • Your violation of any rights of another
  • Your Content uploaded to the Service

  • 13. Dispute Resolution


    13.1 Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.


    13.2 Arbitration

    Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except for:

  • Intellectual property disputes
  • Injunctive relief

  • 13.3 Class Action Waiver

    You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
