What's the difference between Individual and Team?
Individual is for solo sales reps who want AI coaching on their own calls. Team plans add manager mode with a team dashboard, rep accountability and tracking, performance leaderboards, and team-wide coaching visibility — everything a sales leader needs to scale coaching across the org.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Individual to Team, add or remove seats, or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your account settings.
How do annual volume discounts work?
Team plans billed annually get automatic discounts: $79/user/mo for 2–24 seats (20% off) and $59/user/mo for 25–49 seats (40% off). Monthly plans are always $99/user/mo with no volume discounts.
